GENERAL:
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients. For faster service, you can ask that your new patient form be
emailed to you to be filled prior to your visit.

Do you accept emergency patients?
We do accept emergency patients, however, sometimes the emergency cannot be immediately seen,
but will be taken care of as soon as it is possible, same day.

When can I take my child for his/her first dental visit?
Children can visit as early as 2 ½ years, as it decreases the possibility of fear when visiting the dentist.
It is a good idea that their first visit be a check-up and cleaning instead of a filling (where an anaesthetic maybe required.)

Is there a fee for missed appointments?
Patients are required to cancel appointments 48 hours prior, for weekdays and 5 days prior for
Saturdays. No fees are charged for those cancellations. However, if a patient is in the habit of not
showing for appointments, there is a missed appointment fee.

A: We make dentures, metal framework dentures, plastic, or flexible dentures.
